    Why learn about body image?

    You may have heard the term, but perhaps you are not quite sure what it is. In this PDF I make it clear and applicable.

    This is important, because we are often sold the idea that we will be happy once we fix how we look. Either by gaining muscle mass or through dieting to lose body fat/weight. Yet I have worked with so mange clients struggling to fit into this box. That's why I see the need for a different approach.

    I want you to gain a deeper understanding about this topic, so you can see how these beliefs shape the way you think and act, and to a greater degree understand why the typical fat loss approach to health and fitness isn't always right. It's not because you are doing it wrong.
