    Have you ever had a crappy day because you weighed yourself and you let it get to your head?

    Have you ever looked in the mirror and thought something like:

    “I need to get my shit together”? Followed by an instant urge to talk negatively about yourself, and perhaps restrict your food intake?

    That is quite normal, unfortunately.

    We are often encouraged to self monitor our bodies in order to reach our health and fitness goals. This can for instance be by using scale weight, progress pictures, fat percentage or measurements.

    This guide is perhaps a bit uncommon. I am not going to tell you how monitoring your body is a great way to reach your goals.

    In fact, I want to challenge you by asking: How often do you check your body?
